Effects of Dietary Exogenous Hydrophilic Emulsifier Supplementation on Growth Performance and Carcass Traits in Broilers

چکیده

The effects of dietary exogenous hydrophilic emulsifiers on the growth, nutrient digestibility, and carcass characteristics broilers were evaluated. A total 200 one-day-old (Ross 308) allotted to one four treatment groups in a randomized complete block design five replicates with 10 birds per pen during 5-week growth experimental period. Birds fed corn-soybean meal-based diet or without addition 0.025, 0.050, 0.075% emulsifiers. diets contained 3,025 3,075 metabolizable energy/kg for Phases 1 2, respectively. For each phase overall period, body weight gain (linear, P<0.05) feed conversion ratio improved proportion emulsifier level, while average daily intake was not affected by treatment. Improvement performance treatments observed last two weeks rather than first three phase. In traits, abdominal fat content increased as level P<0.05), whereas did affect relative liver, breast, leg muscles. conclusion, from 0 broiler rate efficiency any deleterious although had less energy (3,025 energy/kg) 0-3 3-5 weeks,

Effects of Gender and Dietary Ionophores on Growth Performance and Carcass Characteristics in Moghani Lambs

An experiment was carried to evaluate the effects of gender and two dietary ionophores on growth performance and slaughter characteristics in Moghani sheep. A total of 30 Moghani lambs (15 males and 15 females) were distributed randomly into 30 individual cages. Each gender group consisted of 5 animals and fed with a basal diet with no supplement, the same basal diet plus 25 mg/kg monensin (MON...

Effects of Betaine Supplementation to Methionine Deficient Diet on Growth Performance and Carcass Characteristics of Broilers

Problem Statement: The efficacy of Methionine (Met) sparing effect of Betaine (BET) has been shown to be associated with dietary compositions, animal physiological stage and living conditions. This study was to determine the extent to which dietary Met could be replaced by BET in broiler chickens under the feeding conditions specific to Chinese poultry industry.Approach: A total of 900 day-old ...

Effects of dietary ractopamine hydrochloride and zilpaterol hydrochloride supplementation on performance, carcass traits, and carcass cutability in beef steers.

British × Continental steers (initial BW = 484.6 kg) were fed at a commercial feed yard to evaluate the effects of β-agonists on live performance, carcass characteristics, and carcass subprimal yield. Weights and ultrasonic measurements were used to allocate steers to pens (n = 40) divided equally into 4 blocks, with 2 treatment replicates per block. Pens were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 treatm...
